Email hello@coquettejewelry.co with your order number and the piece you are sending back. Any time within 30 days of delivery. No form, no reason needed.

We send instructions.
You will hear back within one business day with where to send it and how.

Pack it in its box.
Unworn, with everything that came with it. For a set, that includes the chain. Any padded envelope or small box around it keeps it safe on the way.

Refund on arrival.
We check it over and refund your original payment method within five business days of receiving it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
The fine print
What counts as unworn?
Tried on at home is fine. Scratches, tarnish from wear, or missing parts mean we cannot take it back.
Can I exchange it for something else?
Return it for a refund and order the new piece whenever you like. The new one ships right away instead of waiting on the return.
It arrived damaged or it is the wrong piece.
Email us within seven days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and the return is on us.
Do sale items count?
Yes. Same 30 days, same conditions.
It was a gift.
Refunds go back to the payment method on the order, so the person who bought it will see it. If that is a problem, email us and we will find a way.
